Status Certificate
Status Certificates are an extremely important
document when an owner is contemplating the sale or
refinance of a condominium.
In accordance with the
Condominium Act, the management company must produce a requested status
certificate package within 10 days of receipt of the written request and
payment of $100.
You may request a Status Certificate by completing the
attached form and this will begin the process.
