How do I give notice to move out?

You must provide a written 60 days’ notice prior to the end of your lease or on a month-to-month agreement. Notices must be in writing and signed. You can drop them off, or email a scanned copy.

 

What happens if I’m late paying rent?

If rent is not received by the 1st, a reminder will be sent. If payment is still outstanding, an N4 notice may be issued in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Please contact us immediately if you’re experiencing difficulties.

When is rent due, and how do I pay it?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP), e-transfers, and cheques issued to Arthex Property Management. Ask our office to set up your preferred method.

Who do I contact in case of an emergency?

For fire, flood, or life-threatening situations, call 911. For building-related emergencies after hours (e.g., no heat, major leak), call our emergency line 905-340-0622 and press 1.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

You can submit maintenance requests through our email info@arthex.ca.

How do I access the community website?

Email info@arthex.ca for login credentials and portal access.

How do I purchase a Status Certificate?

Visit order.statuscertificate.com and search using the corporation number.

Can I get an update on the status of a payment or invoice?

Ensure invoices are submitted through SparcPay. For instructions, email info@arthex.ca.

If payment is submitted, forward a copy of the invoice to lc@arthex.ca for status update.

How do I update my Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) banking information?

Email info@arthex.ca with your full property address to update banking details. The team will assist with the update.

How do I get an account statement?

Email info@arthex.ca with your full property address. A copy will be sent to you.
